After receiving his bachelors of Kinesiology, Dylan Hoyt started work as a strength and conditioning coach at a small youth athletics gym. During his time there he was exposed to training all walks of life. He trained
world class youth and collegiate
athletes, he trained special needs clients and classes, and trained the general population of the gym.
His philosophy is that everyone can be active, strong, and healthy. Crash diets and extreme workouts almost always lead to burnout, which is a straight shot to injury and frustration. Consistency and intelligent programming is the key to real results that last the rest of your life.
